Using INTAMAP

Real data applications

Air quality

The INTAMAP service has been used to interpolate near real-time air quality data over Europe, as demonstrated to the European Environment Agency. The client application pulls PM10 observations from a sensor observation service, sends an interpolation request to the INTAMAP service and presents the final interpolation results by taking advantage of Aguila's capabilities to visualize uncertain data. The system was demonstrated at the StatGIS 2009 conference.
