This section gives details of how to install the INTAMAP system. The intamap interpolation service consists of a statistical back-end implemented in R, and a Web Processing service (WPS), implemented in Java. These pages are divided into four main sections:

1. The Quick install guides you through a basic installation of the system - this is the best place to start if you know you want to install the system.

2. The INTAMAP system instructions show you how to install and build the statistical back end and associated packages in R and outside R as well as instructions that show you how to build the INTAMAP WPS from source.

3. The client installation instructions show you how to install and build the various clients for the INTAMAP service.

If you only want to try out the system then you might want to use the simple try INTAMAP web page without installing anything on their computer.
